I would list them all out on your resume because it explicitly says you're familiar with all those frameworks and not just J2EE. You can do J2EE without those frameworks and those are very popular ones that would look good on your resume. Besides many companies use computer filters to pick out key words on a resume, so having them on your resume helps with that.
